By downloading, installing, or using CalmStat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

CalmStat is commercial software. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for personal or internal business use according to the purchase terms of the download channel you choose.

CalmStat offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, a one-time purchase is required to continue using the application. The direct download version uses Creem checkout and license activation; the Mac App Store version uses Apple StoreKit purchase and restore.

CalmStat requires access to system metrics (CPU, memory, storage, battery, network, and temperature data) to function. All data is processed locally on your device. The app may request permission to send local notifications for system alerts.

CalmStat is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. System metrics are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect exact hardware states.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmStat and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

CalmStat uses Sparkle 2 to check for and deliver updates. You may disable automatic update checks in the application settings. Updates may include bug fixes, feature improvements, and security patches.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CalmStat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
